Here at LIFE IP Peatlands and People, we're excited to announce that our 2024 winter newsletter is out now!
This edition is packed with updates across the project's 3 Pillars as we approach the year's end.
In 2024, the project has reached some key milestones:
- Peatlands Excellence: 1 million Sphagnum moss plugs planted across 250 hectares of rehabilitated deep peat, and exciting results from EPA monitoring projects.
- Just Transition Accelerator: Exciting innovations showcased at the 3rd Accelerate Green conference and a commitment to sustain the programme beyond the project’s lifecycle.
- People’s Discovery Visitor Experience: Now rebranded as Climate House, with updates coming in 2025!
