Working together to restore and rehabilitate peatlands across Ireland's midlands as well as establish a business accelerator programme and design an immersive visitor experience. A 7-year LIFE Integrated Project, Peatlands and People collaborates locally, regionally, nationally and internationally to generate and share solutions and knowledge for a better future.

Peatlands and People welcomes contributions to the three project pillars, and will be providing opportunities for stakeholders, including individuals and communities, to have their say in consultations and other activities going forward, as well as sharing other initiatives around our peatlands, ecosystems and climate action in Ireland.
